Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to UK addresses only.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard UK delivery is a flat £9.99 per order, on a tracked service. Any delivery charge is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

How long will my order take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery then usually takes 2–4 working days, so most orders arrive within 3–6 working days. Order before 2pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, for same-day processing.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched we'll email you tracking details so you know when to expect it.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?

Yes. You can return unwanted items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging, complete with all parts and accessories. There is no restocking fee. See our Return Policy for full details.

Who pays for return postage?

For change-of-mind returns, you cover the cost of returning the goods. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return cost in full and refund your original delivery charge.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

Contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — if it hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll cancel it for a full refund. See our Order Cancellation Policy.

Payment & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and Union Pay, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. You can also spread the cost with Klarna, subject to Klarna's eligibility and terms. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes. All prices include VAT at the current UK rate of 20%. A VAT invoice is available on request.

Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?

Yes. We offer competitive trade pricing, with bulk discounts on larger orders. Contact us for a quote.

Are your products compliant?

Our products are supplied to the standards stated by their manufacturers, including relevant BS EN standards where applicable, to help you meet your workplace safety obligations. If you need specific compliance or specification details for a product, contact our team before ordering.
